Description
The Old Lodge is an early 18th-century farmhouse located on the west side of Grendon Road in Wollaston. It is constructed from regularly coursed limestone and features a thatched roof. The building has a three-unit plan and stands two storeys tall with an attic. The front façade includes a three-window range of 19th and 20th-century casements with glazing bars, all set beneath wooden lintels. There is a 20th-century door positioned at the far left. A brick stack is located at the ridge of the roof. The rear elevation has some leaded casements. Although the interior was not inspected, it is noted to have ceiling beams.
