Description
Number 82 and that part of Number 84 over the carriage arch is a house dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It is built of squared coursed limestone and has a slate roof. The building originally had a one-unit plan and consists of two storeys with a two-window range of plain casements that sit under wooden lintels. There are plank and panelled doors located between the windows, also under wooden lintels. A door to the right provides access to a through passage, while a carriage arch to the left is part of Number 84. The building features brick stacks at the ridge. The interior has not been inspected, but it is noted to have a staircase with a stick balustrade. This property is included for its group value.
