Description
Number 31 is a house from the early 19th century, constructed of rendered limestone rubble with a party wall stack and a stone slate roof. It has a double-depth plan and consists of two storeys, a cellar, and an attic, featuring a two-window range. The left side has stucco quoins, a doorway with a bracketed canopy and a half-glazed door, late 20th-century casements, and a gabled casement dormer. The interior has not been inspected. Attached to the front area are spear-headed iron gates, railings, and an ashlar dwarf wall. Historically, this house was formerly paired with Number 29.
