Farmhouse. Mid C18. Squared coursed ironstone with slate roof. L-shape plan. 2 storeys with attic. Main front of 3-window range of cross casements with glazing bars under stone lintels with keyblocks. Blocked door opening to left of centre. Pair of hipped roof dormers. Ashlar gable parapets and brick stacks at ends. Tablet to left of centre has oval inscription panel. Elevation to left has C20 casements in original openings with stone lintels and keyblocks. C20 entrance to rear. Interior not inspected but said to have ceiling beams.
