The building features regular coursed ironstone rubble on the left side and ironstone ashlar on the right. It has a steeply pitched thatched roof and a brick axial stack. The stone-coped gables are adorned with moulded kneelers. The structure is two storeys plus an attic and has a three-unit plan. The entrance, located to the left, consists of a plank door with a wood-framed surround and wood lintel. The ground floor includes three 20th-century windows alongside a three-light stone-mullioned window that has a hood mould and label stops. The attic features three 20th-century half dormers. The right end wall is chamfered to the first floor level and has three three-light stone-mullioned windows with hood moulds and label stops at the basement, ground floor, and attic levels.
