Farmhouse. Late C17. Squared coursed limestone with Collyweston slate roof. 4-unit plan. 2 storeys with attic. 4-window range of two 3-light stone mullion windows with leaded-lights and drip moulds and 2 casements with glazing bars under wood lintels; those at first floor are C20 replacements. Central plank door under wood lintel. Large 2-stage buttress to right. Ashlar gable parapets and 4 ashlar stacks with moulded cornices at ridge and end. Right hand bay may be a different build. Left gable has one 3-light stone mullion window, similar to main front. Rear elevation has gabled stair turret to right with two 2-light stone mullion windows with drip moulds, now blocked. One single-light window with sundial above in apex of gable. Four 3-light stone mullion windows similar to main front and central plank door. 2 roof dormers. Interior not inspected but noted as having some panelled window reveals, panelled doors, open fireplaces with bressumers, spine beams, winder stair and room to far left has C17 fireplace with 4-centred head.
