Description
This is a house located at 4 Chapel Road, dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of squared coursed limestone and has a concrete tile roof. The original layout was a two-unit plan, and the building is a single storey with an attic. The front features a two-window range of 20th-century casements, which still show remnants of moulded stone surrounds and drip moulds. There is one Lincolnshire eaves dormer on the left side. Plank doors are situated under wood lintels on both the left and right sides. The house has ashlar gable parapets and ashlar stacks with moulded cornices at each end. To the left, there is a single unit lean-to, and the rear elevation also includes one Lincolnshire eaves dormer. The interior has not been inspected.
