Description

The building at 21 St Osyth's Lane is a low, two-storey building, dated 1637 in the gable. It is constructed of coursed rubble with a steep stone slate roof. A two-storey, 18th-century hipped bay is built of ashlar and features casement windows. The building has a low central doorway and a squat sash window on the ground floor, which is notably situated approximately 2 feet below road level. The corner where the building meets East Road is angled greater than a right angle. A small, rudimentary oriel window is situated on the first floor of the gable. The building forms a group with numbers 2 to 6 (even) East Road.
