This is an early 19th-century building on Market Place. It is three storeys high, constructed from coursed rubble, and has a Welsh slate roof. The building has two windows on each floor. The top floor has glazing bars in the windows, while the lower floors do not. A central doorway is present, as is a shop front. The listed buildings in Market Place form a group.
