Description

This is an early 19th century building on Westgate. It is three storeys high, constructed of brick with a Welsh slate roof and stacks at each gable end. The building has three windows, though the central window on the top floor is blocked. The windows are hung sashes with glazing bars, set within slightly segmental arches on the ground and first floors. A 19th century shop front is present on the right-hand side of the ground floor. The central doorway is reeded and features a glazed, rectangular fanlight. Numbers 28 to 34 (even) and 38 to 42 (even) form a group.
