Description

No. 38 Westgate is an early 18th-century building that stands two storeys tall and is rendered on a stone plinth. It features a modern cement tile roof with a central brick chimney stack and a diagonal-set eaves cornice. The building has two casement windows, while the ground floor showcases two small bow windows set on curved plinths, each with glazing bars and one opening light. The central door consists of six panels and is topped by a pedimented hood supported by brackets. To the right, there is a passage archway. Nos. 28 to 34 (even) and 38 to 42 (even) form a group.
