Description

Lower Mill is an early 19th-century building located on the north-west side of Sherborne Street. It is constructed of coursed rubble and features a Welsh slate roof. The building stands two storeys high and originally had six windows with segmental heads and cast iron frames; five of these remain on the upper floor, while two are present on the lower floor. There are various doors, and a pent roof is located on the ground floor. To the right, there is a lower extension. The building holds significant group value within its context.
