Description
The Duke of Wellington Public House is an early 18th century and early 19th century building that was altered around 1900. It is constructed of coursed rubble, with some areas rendered and painted, and features a Cotswold stone roof. The building has two storeys and includes two-light mullioned casement windows, as well as sash windows, some of which have glazing bars. A two-storey bay with sash windows is a later addition from the mid to late 19th century. There is also a 2½ storey extension with two windows on the north-east side, along with long extensions to the rear that include a closing wing.
