Description

Two houses, dating from the mid-18th century, stand on Kettering Road in Isham. They are constructed of regular coursed limestone and ironstone, with corrugated asbestos roofs. The houses share a symmetrical design, with a six-window façade arranged across two storeys. The windows are 19th and 20th-century casements, each set beneath a wooden lintel. Two 20th-century doors are situated between the window ranges. Brick stacks are visible at the ridge and end of the building. The interiors were not inspected, although No. 14 was noted to contain an open fireplace.
