Description

No. 4 Langton Place is a house, likely built in the late 18th century. It features regular coursed limestone and ironstone with a corrugated asbestos roof. The original design is a two-unit plan and the building stands two storeys high. The front has a two-window range of 19th-century casements set under wooden lintels, and there is a central 20th-century door also beneath a wooden lintel. At the rear, there is a leaded casement window. Brick stacks are located at the ends of the house. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value.
