Description

Two houses located at 4 and 6 Newland Street, built in the mid to late 18th century. They are constructed from coursed limestone rubble and feature a gabled stone slate roof with a ridge stack made of stone and brick flues. The houses have a 4-unit plan and stand two storeys tall with a two-window range. There are timber lintels above the plank doors, and the windows include 20th-century two-light casements and a one-light casement on the left. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to be of interest.
