Description
Ancient Lights and Harbour Lights is a range of two 18th century cottages located on the south side of Main Street in Tingewick. They are constructed from colour-washed rubble stone and feature thatched roofs with brick stacks at the gables and in the center. The right gable displays a timber roof truss with brick infill. Each cottage has wooden lintels above the openings and is two storeys high, consisting of two bays with a central door. Ancient Lights, on the right, has three-light wooden casements, with the lower left bay barred, and a modern door beneath a flat wooden hood supported by brackets. Harbour Lights, on the left, features three-light metal casements and a modern door under a thatch hood.
