Description
Parsonage Farmhouse is a 17th-century building, dated 1710 as indicated by a plaque on the east gable end. It is constructed of rubble stone and features a slate roof, with a thin brick stack at the center and a modern brick stack on the east gable. The farmhouse has two storeys.
The north front includes a low tiled projection on the left-hand side and has irregular 2 and 4-light casement windows. The central window on the first floor is made of old oak, with cross-mullions and leaded top lights. The south front has three bays that are widely spaced on the left. The left-hand bay features modern 2-light barred casements. There is a door located between the right-hand bays, which is sheltered by a modern brick lean-to that has a metal casement and a corrugated iron roof.
