10/119 TIPPER STREET (south side) Parsonage Farmhouse

Dated 1710 WP on plaque at east gable end. Rubble stone. Slate roof, thin brick in central stack, modern brick stack to east gable. 2 storeys. North front has low tiled projection to LH side and irregular 2 and 4-light casements: that to centre of first floor is of old oak, cross-mullioned with leaded top lights. 2 similar windows to upper RH bays of south front. South front has 3 bays, widely spaced to left. LH bay has modern 2-light barred casements. Door between RH bays under modern brick lean-to with metal casement and corrugated iron roof.
