Description

A range of two houses dating from the 17th and early 18th centuries. The buildings are constructed of colour-washed rubble stone, with a modern pantile roof. The range is two storeys high. The section named Tregarland, on the left-hand side, features two modern central chimney stacks and wooden lintels over the openings. It has four bays with irregular two and three-light wooden casement windows. The central panes of the windows are leaded in the two upper left-hand bays. A 19th-century barred bay window, with a wooden cornice moulding, is located between the left-hand bay and the front door. A slate roof over the bay window and door is supported by a cut wooden bracket on the right-hand side. The Antique Shop and Oakdale sections are partially rendered. The Antique Shop has modern windows either side of a central door, with two paired modern casements above. Oakdale has one bay of three-light casement windows, with the outer panes leaded to the first floor, and a boarded door to the left.
