This is a farmhouse attached to Manor Farm, dating from the early 18th century with later alterations. It is built of coursed rubble and has a stone slate roof. The building has two storeys and a rear outshut, featuring five first-floor windows. There are quoins on the right side. In the fourth bay, there is an 8-panel door set in an ashlar quoined surround with a hollow chamfer, and above it is a plaque with a decorative frame inscribed "A B". The second bay has an inserted 20th-century stable door, while the ground floor of the first bay features a 20th-century casement window. The ground floor of the third and fifth bays has 4-pane sash windows with deep lintels. On the first floor, there are two 20th-century casement windows and three 4-pane sashes. Corniced ashlar stacks are located between the third and fourth bays and at the right end. At the rear, there is a double-chamfered cross mullion-and-transom window and a blocked surround of a first-floor 2-light mullion window. Inside, in the ground-floor room to the right, there is a chamfered ashlar fireplace and to its right, a cupboard with fielded-panel doors. A stone dogleg staircase is located in the outshut in the fourth bay.
