Description

This is a house located to the west of Sundial Cottage, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble with a stone slate roof and has two storeys featuring two first-floor windows. The openings of the house have ashlar surrounds, and there is a central six-panel door. The windows are 16-pane sash types, and there is ashlar coping on the left side. There are stacks located at the left end and above the door. To the left, there is a lean-to addition that is not of special interest. On the right side, there is a 12-pane fixed-light window on the ground floor.
