Description

Mill Cottage is a cottage, originally two dwellings, dating to the 17th century with some 18th-century cladding and 20th-century extensions and restoration. The exposed timber frame features painted brick infill, with the remaining walls constructed of painted brickwork. The roof is tiled, with a half-hipped north end and four dormers whose roofs slope down from just below the ridge line. The cottage is one storey and an attic, and has four windows. It has casement windows, some ground-floor sash windows, and a 20th-century half-glazed and boarded porch.
