Description

House, later shop, now office. This building dates from the 18th century, with an early 19th-century front. It features black mathematical tiles and a coped parapet above a plain tiled roof, with a stack positioned off-ridge to the front at the extreme left. The structure is two storeys high and has a single window front. On the first floor, there is a deep semi-circular bow with a glazing bar sash set in a moulded surround. The ground floor has a single shopfront that includes a moulded hood, a panelled door, and a transom light above to the left, which is also covered by a moulded hood.
