Description
This early 19th-century house, now a shop, is located on Station Street in Lewes. The exterior is faced with red mathematical tiles, featuring an orange cill band to the second floor and quoins. It has a slate roof with a chimney stack on the right. The building is three stories high, with an irregular two-window facade. The windows are sash windows within moulded surrounds; the second-floor window is tripartite. A mid-19th century canted bay window is present on the first floor to the right. A single, early 20th-century shopfront is on the right-hand side, containing an arched entrance on the left. The shopfront has a moulded surround with key and impost blocks, and moulded reveals.
