Description
Nos 19 and 20 on Cliffe High Street are a pair of shops built in the late 18th century. The building features tile hanging on the left side and stucco on the right. It has a modillion cornice that conceals the roof, which includes two segment-headed dormers. The structure is three storeys high and has a three-window front with sash windows; the second-floor window on the left has glazing bars. On the first floor, there are two outer tripartite sash windows. The ground floor has two 20th-century shopfronts. This building is included for its group value.
