Description
The building occupied by Bagshaws Estate Agents is a house converted into offices, dating from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of coursed, dressed sandstone and features a Welsh slate roof. The exterior consists of three storeys with a three-window range and large quoins. The 20th-century shop front is offset to the left and includes a recessed central doorway and plate-glass windows, along with a continuous fascia. There is a blocked side-passage doorway to the right. The first and second floors have projecting stone sills and flush ashlar surrounds to the sashes, which include glazing bars, and there is a band above the second floor. The building has truncated end stacks. The interior has not been inspected.
