Description

This is a late 19th-century house in a row, now used as an estate agent's offices. It has a plain facade of local lias stone, squared and cut, with a Welsh slate roof and brick and stone chimney stacks. The house is two storeys high and has two bays. The first floor has plain sash windows, each with a large stone lintol. On the ground floor, the right-hand bay has a small shop front with a recessed door. The other bay features a composite plain sash window with a flat, voussoired head. The interior of the property has not been inspected. The building is listed primarily for its contribution to the overall character of the streetscape, demonstrating group value in this regard.
