Description

This is a house, dating to around 1830, now used as offices. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and has a heavy Welsh slate roof. The building is three storeys high, with a three-window frontage. The central entrance is framed by a pediment. There is a twelve-pane sash window to the left of the facade and a tripartite sash window to the right on each floor. A string course and sill bands run horizontally across the facade. A lower, two-storey block adjoins the right side, featuring twelve-pane sash windows with flat-arched gauged brick heads. End wall stacks are present. The building forms the return portion of numbers 22-34 The Crescent, which is separately listed. The interior has not been inspected.
