Description

The Statue of Queen Victoria, created in 1857 by Matthew Noble, is a Grade II listed statue made of limestone. It is positioned on a high pedestal that is raised on steps. Originally located in Peel Park, the statue has been moved to its current site, where it faces a similar statue of Prince Albert.
