Description

The Lancashire Fusiliers Memorial is a war memorial located on Oldfield Road in Salford, built in 1905 by George Frampton. It is made of bronze and ashlar. The memorial features a bronze figure of a soldier standing on a high base. The base includes an inscription that commemorates those who fought in South Africa from 1899 to 1902, along with insignia depicted in low relief.
