Description

No. 34 Chamberlain Street is a former house, now offices, located at the end of a row. The building dates from the 19th century, though it may incorporate an earlier structure. The exterior is rendered with simulated ashlar jointing and is colourwashed, topped by a double-hipped Welsh slate roof with ridges running at right angles to the street. A brick chimney stack is also present. The building follows a double-depth plan.

The front of the building has two storeys and two bays with sash windows featuring 12 panes. A four-panel door, accompanied by a three-pane fanlight in a plain rectangular surround, sits between the bays. The south gable is otherwise plain, except for a small lean-to building attached to it. The interior of the building has not been inspected.
