Description

No. 38 Chamberlain Street is an early to mid-19th century detached house. The exterior is rendered and colourwashed, with a double-pitched roof covered in Welsh slate and coped gables. It features a brick chimney stack. The house follows a double-depth plan.

The two-storey, three-bay facade has a plinth, end pilasters, a cornice, and a plain parapet. It has plain sash windows set in moulded architraves. The entrance is in the third bay, with a six-panel door in a plain architrave, topped with a pediment hood. The interior was not inspected.
