House in row. C18, refronted early C19. Rendered with false ashlar jointing, stone dressings, all colourwashed, triple roll clay tiled roof between coped gables, brick chimney stacks. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 2 bays. Plinth; bay 1 has a nearly full-height angled bay window with flat roof, having 4+16+4 pane sash windows to each level; bay 2 has a 12-pane sash window in plain opening to first floor, below which is a 4-panel door with architrave and a quasi-pediment hood on console brackets. INTERIOR: not inspected.
