Description
This granary, located approximately 50 meters west of Moyles Court School, dates from the 17th century and serves as a winnowing barn. It is constructed of English bond brick resting on 24 staddle stones, topped with a plain tiled pitched roof featuring trenched purlins and collars. The cill beam on the south elevation is painted ochre and measures 15 inches deep. The south side also includes an old planked door, which is accessed by stone steps, and a 2-light leaded window to the left. The north elevation features a 4-light window. The eastern gable has a high planked door, while the western gable has two 2-light windows, with the upper window replacing a former door.
