Description

This detached cottage, located 10 meters east of Sunnyview, dates from around 1800. It features roughcast render and a thatched roof, with one-and-a-half storeys. The cottage has a two-bay, two-cell plan and a central stack. The gable end facing the road has one gable with a two-light casement window and a half-hipped gable roof. Additionally, there is a lean-to pentice porch and a bay window addition on the east side.
