Description

Sunnyview is a cottage dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed of rendered cob and features a thatched roof. The building has two storeys and two windows on each floor, with two-light casement windows that are wooden framed. There is a boarded central door located beneath a wooden and corrugated iron porch. The roof is half hipped and has two end gable stacks. At the rear, there is an outshut addition that dates from around 1920.

Inside, the cottage has a two-cell plan with a central staircase aligned on the axis. The heated chamber on the right includes a large built-in stack and fireplace, along with a fine addition. The interior also features boarded doors.
