Description
Chase End is a cottage, originally a pair of dwellings, dating to around 1800. It is constructed of brick and has a thatched roof. The cottage is one-and-a-half storeys high and consists of three bays. A gabled porch is situated to the left of centre, featuring a round-headed archway. To the left of the porch is a three-light casement window. To the right are two two-light casement windows. All windows are topped with segmental brick arches. Above each side of the main facade are two-light eyebrow dormers. The roof is half-hipped on the right-hand side, with a prominent stack above the porch doorway and another at the left-hand end.
