Description

High Winds is a cottage dating from the 17th and 18th centuries. It features a timber-frame structure with plaster infill and stands at one and a half storeys with two bays and an outshot. The front of the cottage has a lean-to timber porch on the left-hand side, with a door located at the rear. Each bay contains a two-light casement window, and there is a smaller similar window in the lean-to. Above the centre, there is a wide eyebrow dormer with two two-light casements. The roof is hipped and sweeps down, with stacks positioned at each end.
