Description

No. 28 East Street is a house with a shop that dates from the early to mid-19th century. The front and right side walls are rendered, with the front likely being timber-framed. It has a slated roof and a rendered chimney on the right gable end. The building is three storeys tall and two windows wide. The shop front is from the 20th century and is likely a remodelling of a late 19th-century design. The upper storeys feature six-paned sash windows in flush frames.
