Detached farmmhouse. C17-early C18 restored C19. Brick with a concrete tile roof and a brick stack (restored C20). Rectangular plan with a later lean-to at the rear. Plinth with flat-chamfered stone dressing. Two storeys and attic lit by a 2-light roof dormers. Three-bay garden front with a cross gable (rebuilt C19) on the right. Single light, 2 and 3-light casements within segmental-headed surrounds to the forward facing gable. Two 4- light casements with king mullions to wing to the right of the gable. Stopped hood over the first floor window. Continuous hood over the ground floor window. Central part-glazed C19 door with a flat leaded hood supported on brackets. C20 French doors to right- hand return flanked by C20 fixed casements without glazing bars set within the blocking of a formerly 5-light stone-mullioned casement. Six-light stone-mullioned casement with a king mullion to the first floor. Two and 3-light stone-mullioned casements to the gable end facing the road with C20 plank door with fillets to lean-to to left. Large axial stack. Interior not inspected.
