Detached cottage. C17. Square-panelled timber framing with rendered infill. Concrete tile roof with rendered stacks. Rectangular plan with later lean-tos at rear. 1½ storeys. Two and 3-light casements to the ground floor. Three 2-light eaves dormers with horizontal glazing bars. Stable type door off-centre left within an open-sided gabled porch. Large projecting stack at centre of rear wall. Projecting stack at left gable end. Interior not inspected.
