Description
Number 18 Tilsdown is an early 19th-century dwelling that is part of a row of houses. It is constructed of painted brick and features a stone slate roof. The building has an L-shaped plan and includes a brick stack at the right-hand gable. It stands two storeys tall and has two windows on the upper floor, plus an additional window on the ground floor to the left. This ground floor window is a small 2-light design with small square leaded panes located under the eaves. To the right, there is a 4-light casement window set under a segmental arch, and to the left, there are two 2-light casements positioned under segmental heads. A modern door is located in the return wing on the left side. The building is included in the listing for its group value.
