Description

Beechwood House is a late 18th-century dwelling attached to Sandpits House. It is constructed with a pebble dash exterior, a concrete tile roof, and a stone moulded cornice that returns approximately 450 millimeters at the gables. The house is two storeys and an attic, with a three-window facade featuring sash windows with glazing bars. A central entrance has a six-panel door set within a stone Doric doorcase with a pediment. A large dormer window was added in the late 20th century. Internally, ground-floor windows have shutters.
