Description

Milestone located on the east side of the B4070 at Bull's Cross, dating from the 19th century. It is a limestone pillar that is unusual in design, featuring a triple-stepped structure. The pillar stands approximately 800 mm high and is 300 mm thick. It carries a square cast iron plate with raised lettering that reads "CHELTm 11 STROUD 3".
