Free standing church tower. 1753, rebuilt on site of C15 tower. Ashlar, on plinth of original tower (which probably formed part of an abbey church). Gothic Survival Perpendicular. 3 stages with offsets, diagonal buttresses. Each face has on each stage 2 large pointed arch openings, all blind except for 1st stage on west side, subdivided into 4 arched panels with slit openings on 2nd stage and louvred belfry openings on 3rd stage. Clock face to west on 2nd stage. Panelled square pinnacles with finial to each corner, and openwork battlemented parapet between. Central pointed arch door to south up 2 stone steps.
