Farmhouse. Core of C17, extended in 2 wings to rear at different periods probably during C18. Random coursed sandstone north front with rubble stone at rear, extensions of coursed rubble to right, random coursed and snecked, with some brick, to left. Concrete tile roof, mainly brick stacks. U-shape range with lobby entry plan and projecting gabled stair tower in centre of U. Front of 4 bays, 3 windows, 3 and 4-light casements with wood lintels. End bay to left for agricultural use, remaining 3 bays for house and door thus centrally placed in front of main stack. Door of tongued and grooved boards in wide moulded opening with dilapidated C19 trellis porch. Stair tower to rear has small 2-light stone mullion at base, 2 single lights higher up. Brick wing to left has been joined to stair gable to form arched entrance with 6-panel door, top 4 glazed. Wood lintels on stone wing (fenestration altered) to right which has external stack on right return. Interior not inspected.
