Description

This is a chest tomb located about 8 meters north of the north door, to the west of the path in the churchyard of the Church of St. Mary the Virgin in Frampton-on-Severn. It dates from the late 17th century to the early 18th century and is made of limestone. The tomb features a flat top, a moulded plinth, and capping, with a plinth at ground level. The sides are divided into three recessed panels, and the ends also have recessed panels. At the time of the survey in December 1985, the tomb was partially overgrown.
