Description

No 33 Market Place is a house that now features a shop on the ground floor. The building is constructed from painted coursed rubble stone and has an asbestos slate roof, with a stone stack on the right and a brick stack on the left. It stands three storeys high and has two windows with glazing bar sashes, along with a shop front on the ground floor. The building is adorned with a dentil eaves cornice and stone lintels that have keystones. To the right of the shop front, there is an archway providing access to the side, which features a triple keystone. Inside the shop, there is an elaborate wrought iron screen behind the shop fascia. This building is included for its group value with Nos 34 and 35.
