House, now with shop on ground floor. Painted coursed rubble stone, asbestos slate roof, stone stack to right, brick to left. 3 storeys. 2 windows, glazing bar sashes, ground floor shop front. Dentil eaves cornice, stone lintels with keystones. Archway to right of shop front with access to side with triple keystone. Interior of shop has elaborate wrought iron screen behind shop fascia. Included for group value with Nos 34 and 35 (q.v.)
