Description

A row of three houses on High Street, dating from the early 19th century. The houses are constructed of coursed rubble stone with projecting strips between them, a flat cornice band as a parapet, and an unseen roof. They are arranged over three storeys, with each house originally featuring a single window. These windows are wide, triple-sash windows with a voussoir and grooved keystone above. Number 6 lacks glazing bars in its window. Each house has a projecting round-headed doorcase supported by consoles, topped with a traceried fanlight. Numbers 6 and 8 have six-panel doors, while number 10 has a half-glazed door. The buildings are included on the list for their group value alongside number 4 High Street.
