Description

No 28 is a cottage in a terrace, dating from the late 17th century. It is constructed of rubble stone with a tile roof and has a rendered brick stack on the right. The building is a single range with two storeys. On the first floor, there are two windows featuring 2-light wood casements with a continuous wood lintel. The ground floor has two similar windows flanking a central 20th-century glazed door, which is set back in a deep reveal and accessed by four steps. This cottage is included for its group value with Nos. 2-26 (even) Gumstool Hill.
